What to bring when apply

Account opening requirements for a limited company

  • National photo ID card (or passport for non- Ghanaians) for all directors and signatories
  • 1 passport photo each for all the signatories and directors
  • Proof of residential address for all directors and signatories
  • Company physical address confirmation (can be found in the new PIN certificates)
  • Annual returns (for companies registered over one year ago)
  • Revenue stamp – GHS100

For sole proprietorship

  • Certificate of registration
  • National photo ID card (or passport for non- Ghanaians)
  • 1 passport photo each for all directors and signatories
  • Signed Barclays account opening pack (sealed)
  • Proof of residential address confirmation for all directors and signatories
  • Company physical address confirmation
  • Annual return
